Blackberry mint cocktail

Missing jazz bar? I am making this cocktail to make my Saturday night look like the nights I used to meet friends at a jazz bar to enjoy the live sax 🎷 and drums 🥁
Not sure when we can do it again but tonight I am going to play Miles Davis, sip on this refreshing cocktail and make some phone calls to those I miss the most.
Ingredients:🍋🍋🍋🍋
5 frozen blackberries
Juice of quarter lemon
1 tsp sugar
1-2 oz gin or vodka
1/2 cup elderflower cordial
1/2 cup ice cubes
1 Mint springs and some to garnish
In a blender, blend all ingredients until slush.
Pour it in a serving glass and garnish with mint leaves. 🎷🌿🎷🌿🎷🌿
