Zucchini-jalapeño pizza

To make this pizza, check out the recipe of pizza dough and pesto.


- 2 pizza dough pieces

- 4 Tbsp basil pesto

- 1 zucchini sliced thinly

- 1 jalapeño sliced thinly

- 2 cups of mozzarella cheese grated


  1. preheat oven at 425 F.

  2. Roll the pizza dough on a flour dusted surface.

  3. Spread 2 Tbsp pesto on each pizza dough.

  4. Add some cheese and lay the zucchini and jalapeño slices.

  5. cover with more cheese.

  6. Bake at 425 F for 8-10 minutes or until cheese turns golden.
