Lemongrass is being used in #easterncuisine. I remember the first time I used this #fragrantherb was when I was exploring #Moroccan #flavours.

It seems that lemongrass is one of the major components in that areas. My search ended up developing a flavour mix of turmeric and lemongrass and some spices which was #authentic and delivered the purpose of Moroccan taste.🇲🇦🇲🇦

Here to make a tea with lemongrass I found the mix of mint and lemongrass soothing. This can be blended or added to your favourite #greentea mix. But I like the clean taste of lemongrass.

# چای #بادرنجبویه 🍋🍯

از بادرنجبویه در #غذاهای شرقی استفاده می شود. یادم می آید اولین باری که از این #گیاه معطر را استفاده کردم زمانی بود که در #طعم های#مراکشی کاوش می کردم.

به نظر می رسد که بادرنجبویه یکی از اجزای اصلی در آن مناطق است. در نتیجه جستجوی من ترکیبی از عطر و طعم زردچوبه و بادرنجبویه وبرخی ادویه ها را تولید کرد که هدف آن طعم مراکش بود. 🇲🇦🇲🇦

در اینجا برای تهیه یک چای بادرنجبویه ، مخلوط نعناع و این گیاه را مناسب یافتم. این را می توان مخلوط کرد یا به ترکیب #چای_سبز مورد علاقهشما اضافه کرد.

برای شیرین کردن چای خود عسل یا نبات را فراموش نکنید و یک حلقه لیمو در کنار چای.
