Matcha peach smoothie bowl 🍑
It takes 5 minutes to prepare this smoothie which can be a light lunch as well.
Naturally caffeinated matcha tea blends well with avocado and peaches and makes a hearty vegan smoothie bowl.
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen peaches
3/4 cup oat or any other plant milk
1 cup avocado diced
2 tsp honey
1 tsp matcha tea
1/4 cup blueberries
1 Tbsp sliced almonds
1 Tbsp coconut shreds
Sliced fresh peaches 🍑
Instructions:
Place peaches, milk, avocado, honey, and matcha tea in a blender, process until smooth.
Pour into a bowl and top with blueberries, almonds, coconut shreds and peach
