Matcha peach smoothie


Matcha peach smoothie bowl 🍑


It takes 5 minutes to prepare this smoothie which can be a light lunch as well.

Naturally caffeinated matcha tea blends well with avocado and peaches and makes a hearty vegan smoothie bowl.


Ingredients:


  • 1 cup frozen peaches

  • 3/4 cup oat or any other plant milk

  • 1 cup avocado diced

  • 2 tsp honey

  • 1 tsp matcha tea

  • 1/4 cup blueberries

  • 1 Tbsp sliced almonds

  • 1 Tbsp coconut shreds

  • Sliced fresh peaches 🍑


Instructions:


  1. Place peaches, milk, avocado, honey, and matcha tea in a blender, process until smooth.

  2. Pour into a bowl and top with blueberries, almonds, coconut shreds and peach
