Asparagus and marble cheddar


This simple yet super delicious food can be a light dinner with your favourite chilled white wine (not Chardonnay)🥂in a warm day like today.


All you need to do is:

  1. trim a bunch asparagus.

  2. In a bowl add 1 Tbsp olive oil and some salt and pepper.

  3. Add the asparagus to the oil mix. Stir them so they get covered by oil.

  4. Bake @ 350 F until the asparagus gets tender.

  5. Put couple of cheddar cheese slices on top and put them back in the oven and broil till the cheese melts and gets golden.
