Cook asparagus in a boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Drain and put them in a cold water to keep the green colour.👩🌾
In a bowl mix mayonnaise, herbs, egg, lemon juice and salt and pepper.🍋🍋
Wrap every 2 or 3 asparagus with prosciutto.
Lay them in a plate and cover with the sauce. 👌🏻
