To make the bug you need a black olive and 2 stings of chives and black food colouring.
Make two holes on one top side of the olive with toothpick and pass chives through those. Colour the chives black.
Ingredients:
2 oz vodka
1 oz olive brine
3 ice cubes
A thyme spring for garnish
Instructions:
Put all ingredients except thyme in a shaker and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with thyme and the bug.
