Dried fruits


Dried fruits make the best garnishes.


In a pot bring to boil 1:1 sugar:water syrup. Add thin sliced fruits and cook until translucent.

on a cooling rack let the extra syrup drip and then put them in freezer for an hour.

Bring them out and let them dry on a cooling rack or piece of wax paper.
