This is a very simple bites that can be paired with any kind of white or red wine.
Ingredients:
4 plain naan pieces
1 Tbsp butter
1/2 cup rhubarbs
2 garlic scapes
A pinch of kosher salt
1 Tbsp honey or maple butter
Instructions:
Soften the butter by warming it up in microwave for 20 sec.
With a knife spread butter on naan pieces.
Layer 2 pieces of naan with rhubarbs and the other 2 with garlic scapes.
Broil them for 5 minutes or until the toppings are softened.
Take the naan out and Drizzle honey on rhubarbs and sprinkle kosher salt on garlic scapes.
