Naan with sweet and savoury toppings

This is a very simple bites that can be paired with any kind of white or red wine.


  • 4 plain naan pieces

  • 1 Tbsp butter

  • 1/2 cup rhubarbs

  • 2 garlic scapes

  • A pinch of kosher salt

  • 1 Tbsp honey or maple butter


  1. Soften the butter by warming it up in microwave for 20 sec.

  2. With a knife spread butter on naan pieces.

  3. Layer 2 pieces of naan with rhubarbs and the other 2 with garlic scapes.

  4. Broil them for 5 minutes or until the toppings are softened.

  5. Take the naan out and Drizzle honey on rhubarbs and sprinkle kosher salt on garlic scapes.
