Rum and kombucha

If you are into fermented drinks, this mix is going to be your favourite. 😉


  • 2 oz rum

  • 2 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar:water)

  • Mint leaves

  • 4 oz Kombucha

  • Cucumber and mint to garnish

  1. In a mixing jar add syrup and mint leaves and smash lightly to release mint aroma. Add couple of ice and stir to cool the mix.

  2. Strain it into a serving glass half full of ice cubes.

  3. Add rum and stir.

  4. Top with Kombucha.

  5. Garnish with cucumber and mint.
