If you are into fermented drinks, this mix is going to be your favourite. š
Ingredients:
2 oz rum
2 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar:water)
Mint leaves
4 oz Kombucha
Cucumber and mint to garnish
In a mixing jar add syrup and mint leaves and smash lightly to release mint aroma. Add couple of ice and stir to cool the mix.
Strain it into a serving glass half full of ice cubes.
Add rum and stir.
Top with Kombucha.
Garnish with cucumber and mint.
