Sunday brunch


  • 1/2 onion

  • 1 garlic clove

  • Turmeric

  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil

  • 1 cup spinach

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 Tbsp cream or 2 marble cheddar cheese slices

  • Salt and pepper

  • Herbs (thyme, mint, or basil)


  1. Cut the onions and garlic in small slices

  2. In a frying pan add the oil and fry onions and garlic until fragrant and translucent.

  3. Cover them with spinach. Cook till wilted. Pressing with spoon.

  4. Add the cream or cheese slices on top.

  5. Let the cheese melt.

  6. Crack the eggs on top.

  7. Cover the pan for about 3 minutes. Remove from heat when the eggs are the way you like them to serve (runny or hard)

  8. serve it on a toast and garnish with herbs.

Beet and ginger juice

1 beet

1 carrot

1/2 lemon

2 slices of fresh ginger

2 apples or 1/2 cup of natural apple juice
