Once my mom made dates and tahini mix to have with tea. It was a gloomy day and it was registered in my mind how this combination brought warmth to me.
Here I made a smoothie based on that memory.
Ingredients:
2 cups whole milk vanilla yogurt
8 dates pitted and chopped
1 cup ice
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Garnish with cinnamon stick.
