If #chai latte is not your cup of tea you should try this fantastic latte. #Turmericlatte has a unique and subtle flavor. Turmeric has strong anti-inflammatory properties due to the active ingredient called #curcumin. Curcumin is also known as an antioxidant.
To make this latte you will need:
3 thin slices of #Freshturmeric
1 short stick of #Cinnamon broken into small pieces
1 tsp #organichoney preferably local
1/3 cup #hotwater
2/3 cup #hotmilk or any other alternatives like: #almondmilk, #soymilk, #ricemilk or #coconutmilk
Add turmeric slices, cinnamon stick pieces and honey into the cup. Add hot water and stir well. Fill the cup with hot milk.
