Don’t miss out the micro greens this summer.
I make this simple salad that can be used for making sandwiches too. It is so refreshing with a bit of spicy note which makes it perfect as a side dish for a brunch or dinner.
Dressing:
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp lemon 🍋 juice
Salt and pepper
Simply mix oil and lemon juice add salt and pepper. In a dish put the micro greens and top it with sliced radishes.
